General Workflow
Blender
- Import into Blender and rename the mesh
- Adjust/Position
- Rename Material
- Weight Painting
- Vertex Paint
- Make main mesh backup
- Create LODs
- Export to FBX
Blender additional
- For body armors
- _slim version for gloves
- _converted version for females
- For helmets:
- Add other meshes: caps/coifs/aventails
Editor
- Create Material
- Import FBX
- Apply Material
- Set Cloth physics
- Test in the Editor (Model Viewer)
XML/Game
- Create an item in-game
- Test in game (hairs/beard/movement)
- Document in gdocs
- To Translation file
- Distribute among the troops
